Centre Management

The Hogarth Charitable Trust is a small Charity with an unbounded and important social purpose: to help as many young people in the Borough of Hounslow as possible.

We have a small team of highly motivated, part-time members of staff who work very closely with the Youth Team on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the Centre runs safely and harmoniously for all of its diverse users at all times.

By licensing space in the Centre to community orientated activities, the aim is to optimise the Centre’s realistic commercial potential thus maximising its annual financial contribution to part-fund the Charity’s youth work. Each year the Centre typically contributes £50,000 to £70,000 to the ring-fenced Youth Account.

In 2024 the Charity signed up to be a Living Wage Employer thus committing to pay the London Living Wage to our lowest paid members of staff. Their hourly rate is adjusted once every year when the new rate is announced at the end of October.
